2. Preparation before construction

3. Inspection, trimming and cleaning
  A. Carry out flatness error test on the asphalt concrete foundation that has been paved. The error shall not exceed 3mm with a three-meter ruler.
  B. Carry out the density test on the asphalt concrete foundation that has been laid. If the density is less than 95%, the density needs to be strengthened (usually the fine asphalt concrete mix ratio is AC10 and the density greater than AC10 needs to be processed).
  C. For parts where the local flatness error exceeds 3mm and there is water, use the method of grinding or filling until it is qualified.
  D. Grinding method --- Grind the local superelevation with a water grindstone machine.
  E. Filling method---Use special filling glue (self-leveling glue) to fill up.

2. Laying method:
a.   B. Drainage ditch surface: lay straight sections first, then curved sections.

  D. Straight section in the finishing area: Lay from outside to inside.
  E. Auxiliary zone: the straight section is laid from the inside to the outside, and the eighth bend is laid from the outside to the inside.
  F. Before each pavement, a positioning trial paving should be carried out, and necessary trimming should be done.
3. Adhesive glue mixing
  A. Material: The adhesive material is composed of Group A, Group B and drier.
  B. Material ratio requirements: Group A: Group B: drier=1:5: appropriate amount.
c. Stirring: first pour the materials of group A into the mixing bucket, then pour the materials of group B into the mixing bucket, and stir for 1.5 minutes, then add the drier and stir for 1 minute, and then quickly pour the evenly stirred materials into the set. In the area where the coils are laid. 4. Laying of coiled materials on the main runway
  A. Material: 13mm thick, 1.22 meters wide, each roll is about 20 meters long, dark red, adhesive glue.
b. Stir the special adhesive material evenly and pour it into the position field that has been positioned and tested for paving (rewind on the spot after test paving), and use a scraper or trowel according to the width and length of each roll. Scrape the adhesive glue evenly with a knife, the amount of glue is about 1.5㎏/㎡, and then roll the rubber roll and paste it on. When rolling, use a rolling drum to roll on the surface of the coil while rolling to drive out the air and improve the adhesive effect. Then press red bricks on the periphery of the laid coil to ensure that the periphery is firmly bonded.
  C. When bonding, the vertical interface adopts the flat-joint push method for construction, and the horizontal interface adopts the pre-length push method for construction (pre-length 3~5mm), and try to make the joint seamless.
  D. When bonding, pay attention that the bonding glue at the joint should be full. When scraping the adhesive glue, use a trowel to scrape the glue at the vertical or horizontal joints, that is, scrape more glue on the side of the interface where the rolled material has been laid to form a certain bevel to pave the glue. The roll material does not overflow after the seam to control the amount of rubber at the seam. If there is glue overflow, it should be cleaned up in time.
  E. When bonding on curved roads, use the method of extending the arc to lay down. During construction, after each strip is laid, a part of the inner arc will be slightly arched upwards, which is a normal phenomenon and only needs to be flattened with a little force. In addition, special attention should be paid to the fixation of the interface. If necessary, use the cement nail fixation method to fix it, and then pull out the nails after the adhesion is firm.
  I. The sticking length is generally controlled at about 20-25 meters.
Check the vertical and horizontal seams of the runway completed the day before, and find that the seams are not filled with glue, you can use the hand gun caulking method to press and fill the vertical and horizontal seams, and use a cutter after it is dry. Smoothing. 5. Laying of coiled material in thickened area
  A. Thickening zone requirements: Thickening zone is divided into 20mm thickening zone (used for long jump, high jump, javelin and pole vault assisting runway) and 25mm thickening zone (used for obstacle pool). The surface elevation of the paved thickened area is the same as the surrounding area (so the thickness of the downward thickened area should be reserved for foundation construction).
b. Due to the requirements of the physical properties of the material, the coil can only be prefabricated with a thickness of 13 mm, and the construction in the 20 mm thickened area is laid by 13 mm coil + 7 mm mixed plastic, and the construction in the thickened area of the obstacle pool is constructed according to 13 mm coil. +12mm mixed plastic for laying.
  C, mixed plastic materials: Group A, Group B, drier, black rubber particles
Proportioning requirements: Group A: Group B: drier=1:4: appropriate amount, black rubber particles are added at 30% of the A and B material.

Mixing and laying of mixed plastic materials: first pour the materials of group A into the mixing tank, then pour the materials of group B into the mixing tank, stir for 1 minute, then add the drier and stir for 1 minute, and then add the black rubber The particles are stirred for 1 minute, and then quickly pour the evenly stirred material into the laying area of the thickened coiled material that has been positioned and scraped it flat. Hybrid plastic materials are self-leveling materials, so pay attention to control the laying thickness. After the mixed plastic material is cured (about 12 to 24 hours), the roll can be glued.

2. Use the identified steel ruler and the total station to set the point line. The data of each point is marked according to the 400M track and field field marking specification of *Athletics Federation (IAAF) and the requirements of sports technology. 3. Spray paint according to the point line and color code.
4. Precautions for the marking of marking lines:
  A. Measure according to the marking data, determine the position of various marking lines, repeat the measurement, check to confirm that it has reached the required degree of accuracy, and then use a pin to mark the plastic surface and use the ink line to eject the bottom line.
b. After setting out, the line must be reviewed by sports technology, the angle part is checked with the length of radiation, and the straight line part is checked with the certified steel ruler (including length correction and temperature correction).   C. When spraying the wire, repeatedly check whether the width of the spray wire wooden box meets the regulations of Tianlian (the width of the wire is 50mm). If not, it must be adjusted in time.
  D. The spray line operator should master the distance and angle of the spray gun from the plastic surface, so that the lines are beautiful, clear lines, uniform color, no obvious seams, and no burrs.
